EA has announced to investors that the third chapter in BioWare’s Knights of the Old Republic series is currently in development. There was a lot of speculation surrounding the title including whether it would be an MMO or not. However, it now looks as if that won’t be the case. According to Play.tm, “ EA recently told analysts BioWare was working [on] the continuation of Mass Effect, Dragon Age, a new MMO, and a new Knights of the Old Republic title – the two projects apparently being entirely separate .” Play goes on to report that EA’s Pandemic is hard at work on a new Lord of the Rings title and are also starting work on a new Burnout chapter.
