Yesterday, Microsoft sent out a series of 32 images that, when put together, would reveal the Halo 4 box art. The intrepid Halo fans of the Internet managed to solve the puzzle in a little more than an hour. Never underestimate the cognitive capabilities of a million rabid Halo fans. Halo Waypoint forum members were the first to solve the puzzle, revealing Master Chief underneath some sort of big gaping glowing maw of an alien ship that is raining down chaos on the world below. Actually, that should be “raining up chaos,” as the light that comes from this ship seems to be some sort of tractor beam, sucking pieces of the environment into the mouth of the ship. Based on the ship’s design, the inside seems to be set up for spinning. 
What does this mean? Frankly we have no idea, but considering that Halo 4 is set to release on November 6th of this year, we will probably get some answers to our questions at E3 this year. By Angelo M. D’Argenio |
