Final Fantasy IV: The After Years Coming to Wii; Nintendo's Own 2 GB SD Card Launching in March

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years Coming to Wii; Nintendo's Own 2 GB SD Card Launching in March

None

A couple of weeks ago it was rumored that the Japanese mobile phone success, Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, could be coming to the U.S. It turns out the rumor was right on.

The ESRB has received the game for rating review. The title has been ported over to the Wii. The game is a 2D RPG and a direct sequel to Final Fantasy IV. Many speculate the game will release on WiiWare due to its small file size.

If it does hit WiiWare, you’ll be happy to know that an official Nintendo brand 2 GB SD memory card is on its way to Japan in March. The list price is set to open, so it will likely be competitively marketed. There is no news yet as to when it will be available in North America.
