Final Fantasy XV has been leading up to a multiplayer expansion for quite some time now. We previously knew it simply as the Comrades DLC, but now it’s been fully detailed. The multiplayer expansion for Final Fantasy XV will be releasing on October 31.
This past August marked the beginning of a closed beta for Comrades for some players. Those that enjoyed that won’t have to wait much longer to get back into the multiplayer options. And of course, everyone else who wasn’t fortunate enough to beta test will finally get to join in the fun.
Final Fantasy XV ‘s Comrades allows players to create an avatar and go on a journey with up to three friends. There are all kinds of awesome things to look forward to like new sigils, weapons, and quests.
One thing to keep in mind however, is that Comrades takes place after Chapter 13 in the base game. If you haven’t played past that point yet, you might be subject to some spoilers. For the best experience, play at least to Chapter 13 in Final Fantasy XV before checking out this add-on. You have until it releases on October 31 to do so!
