Video game retailer GameStop today revealed that it will open 80 GameStop Kids stores in an initiative to help bolster holiday season sales.
The new retail outlets will specialize in selling—you guessed it—games and game-themed toys primarily marketed towards children. Examples of products given in the company’s announcement included Angry Birds, Skylanders, and Minecraft.
The first of these stores has already opened in the Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine, Texas, with more to be rolled out in the coming weeks.
