The folks at Rockstar have made it clear to Videogamer that there will be no demo version released for GTA IV. Such a release would be nearly impossible as they would have to give away too much free gameplay in order to give prospective consumers a true taste of the title. The company feels that there is an established fan base and that the majority of people already know what the basic concepts of the game are. A demo would simply be a waste of time; time that could be spent on polishing the few rough spots that remain. If you were hoping to get a free glimpse of the title, you had better start saving gaming dollars! Fortunately, you’ll be well rewarded for your expense by 100 hours of solid GTA gameplay.
