Once you place a call with Black Cellphones, everything explodes and you get a new phone. Because you know, that’s exactly how you get a new smartphone in real life.

There’s no reason for the explosion or word on whether this triggers anything in GTA V , aside from a new phone. Given the name, it could be as simple as offering a flashy cosmetic change.
