Arc System works, developer of Blazblue , has announced that their other fighting series (which came first, I might add) is headed to PC. The company will release Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator on Steam next month, on December 14.
Revelator carries on the stylish fighter’s legacy with a total of 23 playable characters. These include returning fan favorites like Johnny and Jam; Kum Haehyun, Dizzy, and Raven also join the roster, though they must be purchased as DLC. Raven is also unlockable via in-game currency. Revelator enhances the series’ rich lore with a story mode and also features online play, though cross-platform support with PS3 and PS4 is not supported.
No price is currently listed for Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator on Steam. The game released back in June for PlayStation 4 and still runs for full retail price (around $60). Its prequel, Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- , is much cheaper, selling for as low as $20 at some outlets.
