Inside is a game that I’ve been looking forward to playing myself. It is, therefore, a game that I can’t tell you anything about. Ever since the game was revealed during Microsoft’s E3 conference I’ve pretty much been on media blackout. ID@Xbox director Chris Charla called the game a masterpiece while on-stage. Since its release on June 29 pretty much anyone who’s played the game has said the same thing, offering their unanimous praise.
Much like Limbo , the first game from indie studio Playdead, Inside is a creepy, violent, side-scrolling puzzler with a significant twist. Since June the game has been available exclusively on Xbox One and Windows 10, but according to an official Tweet from PlayStation, Inside will be coming to PS4 on August 23. We had a good feeling this was on the way, as a trophy list had prematurely leaked. No word yet on price, but we expect that it’ll run $20 like it did on Microsoft’s platforms.
