Square Enix and Disney have revealed (and made available for preorder), a new package pulling all of the previous Kingdom Hearts HD collections into one bundle. It’s called Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far. It’s coming out for the PlayStation 4 on October 20, 2018 for $39.99.
This is a pretty solid deal, as once again it contains all the Kingdom Hearts HD content, released to give players an easy access to as much story content as possible on the road to Kingdom Hearts III . Fefore this set, Square Enix released all this content originally as three different games.

- Kingdom Hearts Final Mix
- Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories
- Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (HD Remastered cinematics)

- Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (HD Remastered cinematics)
- Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue
- Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD
- Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep –A fragmentary passage–
- Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover (movie)
Notably, once again, this release is exclusive to PlayStation 4. This is despite the fact that Kingdom Hearts III is also coming to Xbox One and is the first game in the series making it to a Xbox platform. Perhaps Xbox owners may be the ones most in need of an easy access to the previous games, but alas.
