Nintendo announced Kirby’s Epic Yarn — a new take on the platforming series that employs a brand new art style. The title, Epic Yarn, is telling, as Kirby, the world, and his enemies are all made out of cloth and string. Using his morphing abilities, Kirby can transform into various objects in order to deal with the threats and obstacles allied against his progression through the side-scrolling, 2D world. Big boss fights, puzzles, and environment manipulation will all be included in this top-drawer platformer. It is set to release for Wii this fall.  |
