L4D Works With THQ

None

Valve won’t be showing us any new games this year at E3, but that’s not to say that their development teams aren’t busy cooking up some new games for us. In fact Turtle Rock Studios, the team responsible for Left 4 Dead, has decided to get back together, only without Valve this time. Instead, it will be working on a new game for publisher THQ.

Not many of you may know this, but Left 4 Dead 2 wasn’t developed by Turtle Rock Studios at all. Instead, Valve’s main studio took the reins after the Turtle Rock guys silently moved on to other projects. Now they are back together, working on a game that THQ says will be coming out in 2013, a year after the Mayan Apocalypse.

We don’t know much about this game, but we do know that it will be multiplayer, and, thankfully enough, it will be shown at E3 this year. We will bring you a full update on the title once we see it in action.
