Mighty No. 9 Basically Finished

Mighty No. 9 Basically Finished

According to developer Keiji Inafune, Mighty No. 9 , the spiritual successor to the great Mega Man series, is pretty much finished. Most of the key development on the game has wrapped up. Now, his team is moving on to the porting and promotional stage, in order to prepare it for its official release.

This news comes by way of a promotional video that Inafune released over New Years. The video also came with a preview of many of the game’s levels, specifically through Inafune failing to complete some of them. You can watch the full promotional video here.

Mighty No. 9 was Kickstarted with over $3.8 million dollars of funding in October 2013. The game will be releasing on PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, Ps Vita, Nintendo 3DS, PS3, and Xbox 360. It is slated for a Spring 2015 release.
