Many of you may remember the amazing fan video series Mortal Kombat Legacy . This retelling of the events of Mortal Kombat places the iconic MK characters in a more realistic setting. Season One was all about the backstories of the MK cast and what lead them up to the tournament, and that alone was amazing. Season 2, however, will be about the Mortal Kombat tournament itself.



Producer Kevin Tancharoen produced a video announcement detailing the second season. We will see all of the characters that showed up in the first season along with some new ones like Ermac, Kenshi, and Kung Lao. Sure, there were some notable omissions like Goro and Shao Kahn, but perhaps we might still see them make a surprise appearance after all.
