The Neo Geo X will be available as a standalone handheld for $130 when it launches later this year, which is $70 cheaper than the original version of the retro-style system that was revealed last August.
The standalone version will come pre-loaded with 20 classic Neo Geo games, a 4.3” LCD screen, and an expandable game card slot. Local multiplayer will also be available, but you’ll have to connect the handheld to a base station, and then purchase a second joystick.
