Though Platinum Games and SEGA ended their official working partnership several months ago, it seems they are still collaborating on at least one title moving forward. Rumors are swirling that this new joint venture may be a sequel to Platinum’s monster hit Bayonetta or the cult hit Madworld.  Of course, the announcement could be a new IP, but comments from the head of Platinum games when their collaboration ended with SEGA seemed to hint that Platinum would be working on its own IPs without SEGA and would only return if there was a sequel involved. |
