PC JRPG Fans Sing with Joy Over Tales of Symphonia

PC JRPG Fans Sing with Joy Over Tales of Symphonia

Steam is becoming quite the JRPG haven, in part because Bandai Namco and other publishers are taking chances and providing ports of existing games. One of which is Tales of Symphonia , a classic that first found its place on the GameCube. On February 2, it will come to Windows PCs.

The Windows PC port of Tales of Symphonia is actually the enhanced version the PlayStation 3 saw in 2014. It included HD visuals and trophies. Naturally, this means the Steam release will have achievements and the graphical enhancements.

Tales of Symphonia is the tale of Lloyd and his childhood friend, Colette. She is the Chosen, a person who can save their world by restoring mana through undoing seals and becoming an angel. Basically, it’s the whole teenagers-save-the-world deal with quite a few interesting twists.
