Q Games announced on the PlayStation Blog that a free update to PixelJunk Monsters will provide for Trophy support, XMB custom soundtracking, more levels of difficulty, Tower Balancing for both islands (not just in the Encore package), and the ability to upload clips to YouTube. The update will be available on October 30 across North America and Europe.
According to IGN, “The Trophy support comes in the form of a new Trophy Challenge Mode, which has you clear stages under certain limitations and conditions. Screenshots handed out by Q today suggest that at least 14 challenges are included.” |
