Volition has made a lot of Saints Row games, but none of them have ever been portable. There was one handheld possibility, Saints Row Undercover , but it never made it out of development. The project was sadly cancelled. Fortunately, that doesn’t mean you can’t play it. You can get a copy right now!
Volition created a playable prototype for Saints Row Undercover . To play it, all you need is a PlayStation Portable emulator (I recommend PPSSPP). You download the ISO file from Unseen64 , load it in the emulator, and you’re good to go. Bear in mind that this isn’t a full or complete game, so it isn’t going to be perfect.
Good on Volition, though, for letting people have this Saints Row Undercover file. It’s an interesting way to see what might have been.
