A corrections officer in Portland, Oregon is currently under investigation following some posts he apparently made on the City of Heroes message boards bragging of his own brutality to inmates.
David Thompson, 30, talked on the message boards of the popular MMO City of Heroes, talking about how he was able to TASER inmates and even bragging about breaking an inmate’s eye socket.
“Seeing someone get TASER’d is second only to being the guy pulling the trigger,” Thompson wrote. “That is money. Puts a smile on your face.”
Thompson also wrote “I crushed a dude’s eye socket from repeatedly punching him in it and then I charged him with menacing and harassment (of me). He took a plea to get away from me. He shoulda picked somebody else to try and fight.”
If found guilty, Thompson can be fired and prosecuted.
