The PlayStation Summer Blast 2013 sale will begin tomorrow, July 2, and run straight through to July 16; that’s a full two weeks of sizable discounts, especially for those with a PlayStation Plus membership. Each week of the sale, July 2-9 and July 9-16, will have a separate selection of games available at discounts of as much as 60% for standard PSN members and 80% for PS+ buyers.
Highlights in the first week include Shadow of the Colossus and Mortal Kombat on either the Vita or PS3 for $10 (half that for PS+ members). Also, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World will be $4 for all and only $2 for PS+ members.
The second week sees LEGO Batman 2: DC Heroes dropping to $15 standard and $7.50 PS+ on the PS3, $10 and $5 on the Vita. If you’re excited about Ubisoft’s pending Prince of Persia announcement , you might want to pick up the Prince of Persia Classic Trilogy, down from its normal $40 to $15.99 without Plus and only $8 with it.
