Eric Lempel, Director of PlayStation Network Operations, announced via the PlayStation Blog the details of the PSP firmware update (v6.00). According to the blog posting, 6.00 “is a minor update,” that includes new XMB colors for PSP 2000 models and beyond, a security patch, and the Network Update entry has been renamed System Update.
