Refund Availability After All Points Bulletin’s Collapse

None

All Points Bulletin has been taken offline last week after the collapse of Realtime Worlds, the game’s developers. Realtime Worlds couldn’t find a buyer to save the game, and players were given a few days to say goodbye before the servers were shut down for good.

Some players will not be able to receive a refund for their investment. Valve Software, which runs the download service Steam, has stated that they “do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made online as outlined in the software license.”

However, some users have mentioned that publisher Electronic Arts is offering a free game from its library as a goodwill gesture, and others who purchased from the EA Store have received a full refund. Customers who purchased a hard copy of the game have been directed to take the game back to the place of purchase in hopes of a refund.

APB was a subscription-based service, and customers who long-term payments or in-game purchases have lost their investments.
