Not much is known about Injustice’s prospective DLC packages except that they will be coming. However, one GameFAQs user claims to know, and have proof, of who the first DLC character will be. User CAW Evolution, posting to the PlayStation 3 Injustice board, titled his topic “First DLC Character is… (SPOILERS).” Within, he linked to a picture of Lobo beneath an Injustice logo, hosted on Imgur.
Without sources, is there any weight to his claim?
Well, perhaps. Ed Boon tweeted a shot of the bounty hunter last month. It would make sense, too, as Lobo is one of the more popular second-tier characters in the DC universe. His personality, in particular, would fit well with the darker tone of the Injustice, and the implication that Superman would in some way bring one of his on-again off-again rivals into the fold of his dictatorship provides a delicious sense of irony.
