When’s the last time you saw a hashtag in a video game title? Today’s the day! Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem , the Nintendo and Atlus JRPG that features elements from both Persona and Fire Emblem , has been officially dubbed Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE . It appeared during the March 3 Nintendo Direct, reassuring us that Nintendo intends to release the game outside of Japan.
In Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE , players are pop stars who fight evil from another dimension. Each of the characters has a Persona -like summon inspired by characters from the Fire Emblem series. Also, they do lots of singing. The songs and voice acting are all in Japanese, of course, with Avex providing the music. But what can you expect from a game where even the dungeons are music industry-themed?
