I guess I can’t blame ’em for getting ahead of the game: peripheral manufacturer Snakebyte has announced a pair of accessories for the Nintendo Switch, even though the console has yet to be fully revealed to the public.
The two items on offer are intended to “enhance the portable nature of the Switch console,” and were designed with durability in mind. The Nintendo Switch foldable headset features 40mm audio drivers and a compact design, while the Nintendo Switch starter kit includes a carry bag, stereo earbuds, a cleaning cloth, a screen protector, control caps (analog stick covers, presumably), and game cases.
The company also revealed their own power adapter for the NES Classic Edition console, as well as a controller extension cable. Official pricing and release date information has not yet been revealed, but CES attendees will be able to check these accessories out at the show this weekend.
