If you’re like me and use your Wii to charge your PS3 controllers, you’ll be happy to know that Sony has announced an AC adapter peripheral that charges all Sony gaming products. The gizmo allows you to charge two products at a time from a standard electrical socket by providing dual USB slots. It will retail for one penny shy of five score fins; that’s $24.99 to you and me! Here’s what the official post said at the PlayStation Blog: “an AC Adaptor for charging the DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller, SIXAXIS wireless controller, Bluetooth Headset, and Wireless Keypad will be available for $24.99 (MSRP) starting the second week of December. The AC Adaptor can simultaneously charge two compatible hardware devices that have a USB connector without having to turn the PS3 system on. And, it charges both the PSP-2000 and PSP-3000.”
