Yesterday, Major Nelson announced via the Xbox Wire news blog that a Star Wars Digital Movie Collection is coming to Xbox Video on April 10. This exciting package will include all six Star Wars films with plenty of never-before-seen bonus material. Fans who decide to preorder the collection will also gain access to both an R2-D2 Avatar companion and a Star Wars Pinball Pack for the free-to-play game Pinball FX 2 .
Star Wars Day usually takes place every year on May 4. This package is obviously meant to coincide with that and the fact that the next installment in the series is expected to hit theaters everywhere on December 18.
Those who are heavily into the Star Wars franchise and are itching to get their hands on this package definitely should plan to preorder soon. The Star Wars Digital Movie Collection can be purchased for $99.99.
