Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is a bonafide classic Star Wars RPG from the early ’00s. Originally published by Obsidian, the masterminds behind Fallout: New Vegas has been remastered for the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2022. Initially, this game was plagued by a rushed release schedule leaving a lot of the content to be unseen and a lot of bugs breaking some parts of the game. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Premise
Step into the shoes of an unnamed Jedi forced out of the Jedi Order only known as the Exile. Taking place 4000 years before the effects of The Phantom Menace, the Exile lost their connection with the force and now has to redefine their path. You’ll have to make choices that either help or hurt the nearly extinct Jedi order. Will you take the path of light or be tempted by the evil but awe-inspiring power of the Sith?
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Main Characters
The Exiled – This is you. As an RPG this character will look like whatever you want from the list of choosable clothing, equipment, and gender. If you stay with the Jedi or go Sith is completely up to you.
Kreia – She acts as the Exiled mentor as you reconnect with the force. She is an older woman, dressed in a brown cloak and silver-gray hair in braids. It is never clear if she has pure intentions or not.
Atton Rand – Atton will be the exile party’s pilot on their craft. As a plain human, he will be limited in some skills but will be an ace in piloting and fighting with blasters. He dresses in work gloves, cloth, and leather armor and looks a bit like Han Solo.
Darth Sion – Darth Sion is one of the main antagonists in the game. He is an undead Sith lord held together in a grotesque mishmash of decaying body parts and the most evil parts of the force.

While this game series is critically acclaimed, unfortunately only a handful of games have made their way through development and to a store near you. By strict definition, there are only two games in the series but the third entry on this list is an MMORPG and happens 400 years after the events of the first game.

Sadly for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, only cheats will work on a PC or Mac. All of these codes will be entered by manually changing the game file. It is pretty easy to find and use.
Start by going to the game folder in your folder finder and enter – “C:\[your game directory]\Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II.
Next open up swkotor2.ini, go under [Game Options] then add EnableCheats=1.
Once you’ve saved the file, hit ` or ~ while in-game and type any of these codes below and hit enter. Please note that you will not be able to see a text box or what you’re typing so just be sure of the spelling.
heal – Refills character’s health points and force points.
invulnerability – Invincible, never hurt
infiniteuses – Infinite use of items
turbo – Characters move faster
bright – Brightens dark areas
