According to EGM, Capcom is actually not in charge of developing Street Fighter IV. Capcom has farmed out the responsibilities to DIMPS. DIMPS is a very experienced developer when it comes to cartoon-style fighters so there shouldn’t be much of a letdown. DIMPS is responsible for such games as Digimon: Battle Spirit 1 & 2, Rumble Fish, a slew of Dragon Ball Z titles including the upcoming Burst Limit, and even the Sonic Advance and Rush series. This information contradicts Capcom’s earlier claims that the title was being developed in-house, but as of yet it is all still unconfirmed.
