The “Best” Version of Ori and the Blind Forest got Bumped

Ori and the Blind Forest was one of 2015’s most memorable games. The Xbox One and Windows title was a gorgeous adventure with endearing characters. When people learned a definitive edition was planned for the end of 2015, it was an exciting prospect. Except now, it’s a 2016 game.

Moon Studios made the announcement on Twitter . The company said it has been pushed to spring 2016. This could, in part, be due to the amount of extra content planned for the release. The Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition is going to have new areas, new art, new mechanics, new abilities, and adjusted game design based on player feedback.

On the plus side, there will apparently be more Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition news coming. Perhaps even more surprises will be revealed for the best version of the game.
