It feels like a while since we’ve really talked about The Division , right? Which is weird, because the Survival and The Last Stand expansions are still in development and on the way. Well, this should help satiate your shooter needs. It turns out The Division’ s Public Test Server has arrived on both Uplay and Steam.
The Division’ s Public Test Server will allow people who own the game to test elements of Update 1.4 before it launches. After you download this 45GB client, which is separate from the standard version of the game, you’ll be able to create a new level 30 character. You will then be able to test the new World Tier progression that will be added after the patch. After that, you’ll hopefully tell Ubisoft what you think in the official forums .
This is really good news for The Division . I mean, we’re in all kinds of limbo right now, waiting for shooters like Titanfall 2 , Battlefield 1 , and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare to come. This Public Test Server will give us a reason to get excited about an old game again.
