Military technology is widely agreed to be forty years ahead of civilian technology. The availability of virtually unlimited funds and some of the best minds in the world working on projects guarantees this advantage. But some of those “greatest minds” have developed ways of leaking such information and technologies through video games.

Top Xecret is a video game developed for the PC that contains actual military sims of three seemingly sci-fi operations: Piloting a UFO, Mind Control, and Weather Phenomenon Command. It’s as close to these unreal things as you’re like to ever get.

“We have leaked this technology for the betterment of our society,” says the anonymous military tech responsible for Top Xecret. “That, and of course profit. I have been working with Sonar Soyanara, an independent development team to release Top Xecret. They will be able to release the game legally, and I will be able to reap my financial rewards absolutely undetected. Everybody wins.”

“UFOs are not of extraterrestrial origin,” continues the anonymous military tech. “They were invented by the American Air Force back in the forties. They’ve only reached perfection in the last few years. In Top Xecret, you will learn how to pilot one of these amazing vehicles. It’s like nothing else on Earth. Just to learn the basics will take about three months. It’s a real challenge, but worth the effort.”

According to the developers at Sonar Soyanara, the Mind Control sim has not only been perfected by the military, but it’s been in use for decades. They claim it’s responsible for the fall of Communism, locating Bin Laden, and the collapse of the European and Asian economy. In this sim, you will learn techniques to influence people’s behavior through a subtle brainwashing techniques utilizing mental telepathy. Eventually you will be able to control inanimate objects and computers with the power of thought.

The ability to control the elements is explored, and put into practice in Weather Phenomenon Command. It all begins with an instrument called HARP, which stands for High Altitude Research Project. It’s a facility the size of a world-class airport located in the remote wilderness of Alaska. Using actual blueprints—an exact 3D replica of the facility—a control system is included. By sending various audio frequencies into the atmosphere, the operator can create destructive weather patterns such as tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, and earthquakes. With practice, such weather phenomenon can be directed at specific targets around the world, making it the ultimate weapon of mass destruction.

Top Xecret doesn’t just let you see into the future, it lets you command it. The difficultly level is off the hook, but at a price tag of more than eighty-thousand dollars, only the extremely serious—and extremely seriously rich—will be able to get with the program.
