Hold on everyone. Someone just had the best idea ever: Pokeball-shaped Bath Bombs.
For those of you who don’t know what a Bath Bomb is, it’s a congealed lump of bathsalts and bubble bath that usually colors and scents your bath. It’s one of those fancy aroma therapy things that you can probably purchase at your local Bed Bath and Beyond.
However, one Etsy shop owner, FizzyFairyApothecary (yes that’s the real name), found a way to make these awesome, especially for kids. Yes, yes, for kids, and definitely not 30-year-old game journalists.
These bath bomb Pokeballs are designed with a seam in the middle. When you throw it in the bath, the ball opens as it dissolves and reveals a small toy Pokemon figure! The Pokemon inside are totally random, so you’ll have to buy a lot and take a lot of baths to collect them all.
The bath bombs are made in a variety of different styles and each style has its own scent as follows:
- Regular Pokeball- Japanese Cherry Blossom
- Ultra Ball- Lemon Verbena
- Net Ball- Sea Spray
- Great Ball- Blueberry Cobbler
- Premiere Ball- Oatmeal Milk and Honey
- Master Ball- Ancient Musk
I’m particularly interested in the “ancient musk” smell. Probably smells like the underside of a Dugtrio.
