The 3DS is a fantastic system. It’s easily the best handheld on the market today. But, maybe you aren’t ready to spend over $100 on a 3DS or New 3DS. In that case, take the $60 you would have spent on a new console game and get a refurbished 2DS direct from Nintendo.
The $60 2DS systems are being sold via Nintendo’s official eBay storefront . Two varieties are available. One is black and blue, and the other is black and red. Each one is normally $99.99, so $60 is a pretty great deal.
Especially since these are refurbished units direct from Nintendo. It isn’t like a GameStop unit, where you don’t know if they’ve really been properly checked out. Nintendo definitely takes care of systems they resell.
The Nintendo 2DS can play pretty much every 3DS game. There are some that don’t exactly work right, since this version of the handheld doesn’t offer the 3D effect, so you probably shouldn’t play Super Mario 3D Land on it. Also, it won’t support Xenoblade Chronicles 3D . Still, for $60, you can’t beat this deal.
