Warhammer 40,000: Carnage DLC introduces Dark Angels

As detailed in a press release published on Tuesday, July 15, Roadhouse Interactive, the developer of Warhammer 40,000: Carnage ( which recently released on iOS ), has released the first major content update for its 40k mobile game, entitled the “ Dark Angel Update ”.

Introducing an abundance of new content to the title, Warhammer 40,000: Carnage’s DLC features a Space Marine of the Dark Angels chapter.

Captured, beaten-down, forgotten, and left to suffer and die in a ruined temple, the Dark Angel has broken free to seek vengeance on his captors. Play as the new Dark Angel Space Marine, equip the all-new Plasma Gun to obliterate multiple Orks at once, and blast your way through exclusive new missions that feature the new Arena Combat gameplay, ” the press release reads.

Furthermore, the DLC also introduces Wargear Supply Caches to the game, which offer players a chance at the game’s most powerful Wargear. According to the press release, Supply Caches are obtained through Missions or by using Gold.

Also, a bunch of new Wargear has been added as well, including many additions of the Master Crafted weapons, which each have their own unique abilities.

As touched on above, the game’s new Arena Combat Missions (which are exclusive to the Dark Angel himself) will have you surrounded by waves of Orks, who’ll come rampaging at you from all sides, and it’s implied that you’ll have to survive for as long as possible.

Aside from the new content, the Dark Angel Update also bring about many game and performance optimizations, as well as new Wargear and Campaign Screens.

All of the Dark Angel Update content will be available in the latest version of the game, and the Dark Angel Chapter Pack itself can be unlocked by using in-game Gold or by purchasing with real money.
