Why wait for Summer of Arcade, when you can have a Block Party this Spring? Microsoft announced today at the X10 event that Toy Soldiers will kick off the Xbox LIVE Arcade Block Party on March 3, with Perfect Dark, Scrap Metal, and the much-touted Game Room launch shortly thereafter. All of these titles and new functionality will launch his March as a part of the Xbox LIVE Arcade Block Party.
