Shrine to Hygeia (Location)
A little roadside shrine in Marmarica, with the treasure in the middle.
It is also, as is too often the case, surrounded by snakes. Kill them with spear or arrow.
Loot the red chest by the statue to complete the location. You can also read the statue's plaque for some apparently non-canon lore.
