Cult Of The Lamb is a 2022 roguelike game developed by Massive Monster and published by Devolver Digital. The game’s premise is focused on a lamb whose life is saved by a mysterious deity. To pay them back, the lamb must form a cult in their name, spreading word of their deed across the game’s five regions.
Cult Of The Lamb DLC
As the game was only released just over a year ago, Cult Of The Lamb only has two DLC packs right now. These are cosmetic packs that allow you to change the visual appearance of your characters in-game.
However, it’s assumed that the developer isn’t done there. With the most recent pack being released in April 2023, it’s hard to imagine a world where we don’t see more DLC for Cult Of The Lamb, especially given the game’s popularity.
Cultist Pack

The Cultist Pack for Cult Of The Lamb is a small DLC that adds a total of twelve items to the game. Available for $4.99, it arrived in August 2022 alongside the base game.
First, the pack comes with seven pieces of decoration, which you can use to zhuzh up the Cult HQ. These are:

As well as this, Cult Of The Lamb‘s Cultist DLC also brings five new Follower Forms, which allow you to alter the appearance of your cult members. The Follower Forms for this pack are:

Heretic Pack

The Heretic Pack for Cult Of The Lamb arrived in April 2023, eight months after the game’s initial release. Like the Cultist Pack, it can be picked up for $4.99, although it frequently goes on sale at a discount.
This time around, you get access to eight new decorations for your Cult HQ, which are:

The Heretic Pack also matches the Cultist Pack with five Follower Forms, which are:
- Goldfish
- Gorilla
- Moose
- Mosquito
- Possum
On top of all of this, you also get a new heretical Fleece for the Lamb. In terms of value for money, the Heretic Pack edges out the Cultist Pack for sure.
Twitch Drops
While not technically DLC, Cult Of The Lamb offers Twitch integration, including Drops. By watching streamers online playing the game, you can actually get exclusive content for free, so it’s worth taking part!
There are six new decorations to collect via Twitch drops. These are:

Is Cult Of The Lamb DLC Worth The Money?

With both of the DLC packs for Cult Of The Lamb only costing $4.99 at full price, it doesn’t exactly cost a huge amount to grab both for the game. However, it should be noted that these are both purely cosmetic downloads, so they don’t affect gameplay in any way.
If there was one factor that should swing your decision, it’s playtime. Do you play Cult Of The Lamb casually, or do you sink a lot of time into the game? If you only jump in here and there, it probably isn’t worth grabbing in our opinion. However, if you’re a hardcore player who puts plenty of hours in, then yes, this DLC can certainly be worth your time. It’s up to you to decide which category you fall into.
If you don’t mind waiting, these packs also frequently go on sale on Steam. It’s a small discount, sure, but it can make all the difference when making a purchase decision.
