A smaller imperial camp in central Arsinoe.
A good approach is from the northwest corner. Like many small camp captains, this one likes to man the gate himself, and the treasure is in a nearby tent.
Come up around the captain for the traditional backstab.
Loot the red chest in the tent for location completion.
There are also some rebels in the southeast corner you can assist.
