Temple of Thoth
An extremely obelisky temple, sync point, and papyrus location in Arsinoe. Also part of the Shards from a Star side quest.
Climb the obelisk for the sync point, then enter the leafy courtyard below. The papyrus is back inside the temple, atop a bookcase in a southeasterly corner.
Jump up and snag it for location completion, and the Good Things Come… papyrus riddle.
