Making things is supposed to be fun, but it’s turning into a tragedy in The Division. The game was patched on March 22, removing an exploit, improving Dark Zone adventures, and addressing other bugs, but has created a dangerous situation. Some people who craft high-end backpacks are finding the item disappear, then seeing themselves completely locked out of the game.

The only solace people affected by the glitch have is the knowledge that Ubisoft knows. It says fixing the problem is first on the company’s to-do list and asks people to report the bug in the forums . In the meantime, sit tight, hope for the best, and maybe not go for a high-end backpack until the next patch?
