Capcom Plans To Fix Broken SFxTK Patch

Capcom Plans To Fix Broken SFxTK Patch

None

A recent patch for Street Fighter X Tekken has unfortunately introduced a game-breaking bug into the mix. The bug causes the game to completely seize up whenever one of Rolento’s projectile knives collides with any other projectile in the game. Luckily, Capcom is not sleeping on this glitch and is already hard at work trying to fix the problem.

New series producer Tomoaki Ayano said that the development team is planning to patch the game as quickly as possible. Of course, this means creating an entirely new patch that has to be approved by Sony and Microsoft before even becoming available to the user, but there’s nothing Capcom can do about that. According to Ayano, a new patch should become available around sometime in mid-June.

As of now, we do not know is anything other than the Rolento knife glitch will be fixed. Several icons of the fighting game community are already finding incredibly powerful combos and weird glitch mechanics aside from the Rolento glitch, but it’s unlikely to see a full title update in a patch that is dropping so fast.
