Core Keeper Cheats & Cheat Codes for Microsoft Windows

Core Keeper is a survival sandbox game developed by Pugstorm and published by Fireshine Games. It was released on March 8, 2022, in early access and has similar mechanics to other sandbox explorer games like Minecraft, Terraria, and Roblox. Players can enjoy the new game on Microsoft Windows through Steam. It can be played as a single-player adventure or cooperatively with up to eight other players.

Players will initially watch a cutscene explaining the game’s backstory and introducing new characters. You encounter an essential biome, materials, items you can build, and game mechanics. But as with any game, does it have any cheat codes?

Core Keeper Premise

As with any procedural-generated sandbox, players aim to explore, survive, and find secrets hidden in the world. Players can craft weapons, food, tools, and even buildings. Players can use teleporters to explore vast portions of the map and visit new biomes. Each biome has new materials and enemies. If you die, you return to the central Core in the starting area. You can either spend time hunting monsters and taking down bosses or explore the world and build.

Core Keeper Main Characters

Core Keeper isn’t a typical first-person narrative with dozens of characters, instead there is a list of NPCs, enemies, bosses, and interactable allies. Here is a list of each category:

  • The Great Egg Hunt (Seasonal Event) – The game introduced hidden eggs for players to find and craft a Golden Egg item with hidden bonuses.
  • Sunken Sea (DLC) – Players will have the opportunity to explore a new ocean-based biome on the outskirts of the world. It comprises beaches and oceans and should be explored with boats.
  • Creepy Costume Party (Seasonal Event) – This involved a crossover event with Terraria and was the Halloween event.
  • The Desert of Beginnings (DLC) – This DLC introduced the desert biome, two new bosses, go-karts and bug-hunting.

Core Keeper Cheat Codes

Core Keeper doesn’t include any cheats embedded in the game, so you’ll have to download a Trainer to unlock cheat codes. As with any type of third-part program, you’re downloading the program at your own risk, so be careful of the website you use. WeMod is probably your safest bet. They go on to explain their function, “Get Core Keeper Trainers and cheats for Steam with the WeMod app. In Core Keeper you explore an endless cavern of creatures, relics, and resources in a mining sandbox adventure. Work together to mine resources, fight, farm, craft and survive. Cheat with our Core Keeper Trainer and more with the WeMod app!”

Here are the possible cheats you can unlock using the Trainer:

  • Super Speed
  • Reveal Larger Area

Currently, you can only max out skill sets for all skills; you can’t pick and choose a few depending on which ones you want to avoid. This would have allowed certain players to level up fishing if they wanted to avoid the grind while leveling up other skills they wished to partake.

How do I get Core Keeper mods?

What is the best item in Core Keeper?

This is up to personal preference and debate, but many believe the Scarlet Armor pieces as the best in the game. The set piece gives bonuses to critical hit chance making it much more of an offensive set. It’s also one of the most complex sets to come by, as you’ll need a Scarlet Anvil and lots of Scarlet Bars.

How long does Core Keeper take to complete?

Based on data from How Long to Beat, players have multiple avenues to enjoy the game, and it should also be noted, the game is meant to be endless. There are certain objectives people consider “beating the game,” so that’s what is used to measure the time spent playing.

This is like any Minecraft playthrough. You have a set time limit if your goal is to get to the Nether and defeat the Dragon. At the same time, others have played the same server for a decade.

As of right now, Core Keeper has one playable platform on Microsoft Windows through Steam. At the moment, the game is currently 20% off and only $12.79. If you ever wanted to play, now is the time. It’s a great game for those that love Stardew Valley or Minecraft.

Is Core Keeper in early access?

Yes, the game was released in early access and is still in the same development cycle. Pugstorm released a statement n the early access status:

“We’ve always wanted to bring players into the world of Core Keeper early to help shape the game and make the best experience possible. We know that listening to players during development will help make Core Keeper an even better game, and plan to add new content, test new features, listen to player feedback, and refine the game experience throughout Early Access.”
