Atlus has announced that the North American online servers for Demon’s Souls will be staying online. The servers were due to go offline at the end of this month. However, while there’s been no indication as to how long the servers will remain online for the PS3 exclusive, they’ll remain intact for the “foreseeable future.” 
“For all the gamers who have yet to discover the game’s amazing online experience, we’re happy to say you can still log on and find out why Demon’s Souls is still regarded by many as one of the finest games of all time.” The publisher stated that there’s a possibility of North American servers being sustained further in the future if interest and user activity in the game is continued.
