DriveClub has been a pretty big game for the PlayStation 4. How big? It’s so big that last year, there was a prototype of it made for the PlayStation VR. It’s so big that even though Evolution Studios shut down in March, Sony said it was still developing it. And now, it looks like it’s so big that it might be a fully fledged PlayStation VR title.
The ESRB rated DriveClub VR for the PlayStation 4 and said it’s okay for “Everyone.” This would only happen if Sony was working on a full version of the game for the PlayStation VR. Which seems likely, given everything mentioned above.
Sony hasn’t said anything about it, but the timing seems accurate. Rated by the ESRB in April, announced at E3 2016 in June, and appears in October as one of the PlayStation VR’s launch titles. That would make sense, right?
