More than a few gamers who picked up Final Fantasy XIV in its first weeks of release experienced some serious buyer’s remorse due to the game’s nearly-broken interface and poor mission structure. However, Square has laid out a plan to fix Final Fantasy XIV, and to prove to fans that they are serious, they’ve announced that subscription fees for the coming month will not be collected. It’s definitely a good faith measure on Square Enix’s behalf, and even though the game is still largely under construction, we hope the improvements will be implemented soon in order to help early adopters feel like Final Fantasy XIV is truly a game worth paying for .  |
