While the retailer has no plans to return the coupon to you, worth a $50 copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution on streaming service OnLive, it has decided that it owes its spurned customers a certain something. Those who purchased the boxed PC edition of Deus Ex: Human Revolution through GameStop are eligible to receive a $50 GameStop gift card and a Buy 2 Get 1 Free pre-owned purchase. While this does nothing to address the questionable legality of removing part of a product for which customers have paid, it does, at least, offer direct, financial compensation for the loss.
