Remember a couple of weeks ago when Nintendo issued a DMCA notice againt the team responsible for the GBA4iOS emulator? Well, it turns out that they couldn’t completely kill it, as it is now back on the App Store.
The GBA4iOS emulator originally allowed users to download roms of their favorite GBA games. The team behind the emulator had to make some changes, however. The new version, now called GBA4iOS 2.0.4 , allows you to use Google to find your own ROMS. It previously directed users to a site where they could download their GBA ROMS.
I’m sure that even though the GBA4iOS team managed to get their app back onto the store, they’ll still have more legal rounds with Nintendo. We’ll keep you updated.
