So, Halloween’s here and will no doubt scurry on past me as the night progresses on. I’ll be hoping my household doesn’t get any trick-or-treaters; we’ve been having a good run the past few years, and I’d dislike to have that record broken. Don’t let my jaded nature get you down on your Halloween shenanigans though, because if you still have an inner-child, and like dressing up outside of cosplay, then embrace this holiday and go have some responsible fun!
Gearbox Software appears to have a similar idea in dressing up for Halloween, because they have just tweeted a few hours ago that you can now download spooky costumes for your characters in Borderlands 2 via SHIFT codes.
Although they look to me more similar to bees than anything spooky in particular, you can now slap on a yellow-and-black garb to go around in, and cause mayhem and havoc in the world of Pandora. Borderlands 2 fans with good memories will notice that these costumes have been recycled from last year’s Halloween promotion. The details of on how to use codes are detailed in Gearbox’s tweet .
Gearbox has been all about Halloween this year and has more plans for Borderlands 2 DLC in the future.
